Jiaxi Chen received his MD from University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX in 2017 and completed a general surgery residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA in 2023. He studied under the direction of Dr. Randy Sherman at Cedars-Sinai during his dedicated research year.

Dr. Chen joined the Division of Plastic Reconstructive Surgery at University of California San Francisco as an integrated plastic surgery resident in 2023. His clinical interests include hand surgery and microsurgery.
