  • Monthly permit: $332
  • Union represented employees may be eligible for a rate differential refund for each monthly parking permit was purchaed during the qualifying 12-month period, please visit the Transportation website for more details. Click on "SF's 25% Parking Tax &Monthly Permit Rate Differential Refund".
  • All residents will receive the L permit which allows you to park for free M-F 4:45pm-8am plus weekends and holidays. Please show the parking attendant your UCSF ID badge upon exiting.  This program may extend past 6/2024 and will be communicated accordingly.

Mt. Zion

  • When on rotation, your CPMC ID Badge will give you access to the parking lot
