Dental and Vision Plans

Trainees will not receive cards for the dental and vision care plans.  When you make an appointment with a dentist or an optometrist for yourself or your dependents you need to give the provider the primary enrollee’s Social Security Number and date of birth. You can register at Delta Dental and VSP to learn more about their benefits and find a provider.
